Return Policy Bella + Spice

RETURNS:

In the event that you need to return a purchase we are able to offer you a store credit for the full amount of your purchase which can be used at Bella & Spice. Please note that personalised items, gift cards,  earrings, hair pieces, hats, lingerie and swimwear are not eligible for return or exchange unless faulty. Sale (discounted) items do not qualify for return . To enquire about making a return or exchange, please email Bella & Spice  with your order number and details of the item/s you'd like to return within 24 hours of receiving your purchase.  Once approved via return Email, the purchase must be received within 7 days of initial receipt complete with tags and products are unused and in resalable condition. Please note shipping costs for returns/exchanges are at customer's own expense. We recommend using a registered service for returns.

To return your online order in store, please come visit our Dalby location with your item/s (unworn with tags still attached), proof of purchase.

 

Faulty Items:

To return a faulty item, please either contact us by email at Bella & Spice with photos of the fault and your order number prior to returning it , or visit us at our Dalby location with your item/s so we can assess the fault.  We reserve the right to repair the fault or replace the item that matches  your original purchase, if unable only the will  reimbursement of your purchase price be given.

 

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS:

Please contact Bella & Spice within 2 days of receiving your order with your order number and the description of the items you would like to return. International returns are at the customer's expense.

 

RETURN PROCESS:

  1. CONTACT BELLA & SPICE BY EMAIL ENSURING YOUR RETURN COMPLIES WITH OUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS
  2. FILL OUT OUR RETURNS FORM (DOWNLOAD)\
  3. PACKAGE ITEM WITH COMPLETED RETURN FORM INSIDE AND POST WITH A VALID TRACKING NUMBER. Bella & Spice will not accept responsibility for any items lost in transit.
  4. PLEASE ALLOW 2 BUSINESS DAYS FOR US TO PROCESS YOUR RETURN. AN EMAIL WILL BE SENT WITH CONFIRMATION.
